Wisteria Trio

Wisteria is one of the most dramatic flowering climbers, creating a breath-taking performance of cascading, heavenly-scented racemes in May and June. This trio brings together pink, blue and white-flowered varieties – perfect for covering walls and pergolas to create that romantic cottage-garden atmosphere. Maximum height and spread: 9m (30′) x 5m (16′).

Wisteria Trio comprises the following varieties:

• Wisteria sinensis ‘Rosea’ – A stunning pink form of the much-loved Chinese wisteria. Gently scented, pea-like flowers that drip from bare stems in late spring, just as the foliage begins to emerge.
• Wisteria ‘Prolific’ – Wonderfully scented free-flowering lilac-blue racemes.
• Wisteria floribunda ‘Alba’ – Long racemes of pristine white, pea-like flowers. Each raceme reaches up to 45cm (18″) long with a heavenly sweet scent. RHS AGM.
