Jasione Laevis

Perfect mauve pincushion blooms on slender upright stems give Jasione laevis a wonderfully natural and relaxed look which is ideal for an informal or cottage-style garden. Also known as Sheep’s Bit Scabious, it has a similar appearance to a Scabious but with frizzier flowers and slightly more rigid stems. Year after year this reliable perennial will return for a fantastic, long-lasting summer show, each time with more stems as the group establishes. Great for a sunny spot in mixed borders or containers. Height: 30cm (12”). Spread: 20cm (8”).
